GINA M. WELLMEYER

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

After working at a large national savings bank, Gina joined the Company in 1992. Gina specializes in closing multi-family and commercial property transactions, including the preparation/review of loan documentation. She assists in loan underwriting, including the preparation of loan submission packages. Gina manages more than 20 bank accounts, including the monthly reconciliations; She processes all departmental income, maintains the FICS loan servicing accounting system, and the property insurance for the $265 million servicing portfolio. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Phillips College.
