Personal ProfilesKAREN PHILIPS Karen joined the company in 2000. She has over 20 years experience in the operational, administrative, financial, and management functions in the real estate industry. She previously worked for a large national bank and its predecessor bank for 15 years in the real estate and appraisal divisions. Karen now manages the servicing of the Company’s $265,000,000 commercial real estate portfolio. Her responsibilities include cash management, investor remittances & reporting, operating statement analyses & reporting, property inspections, real estate taxes and escrow reserves and analyses. Karen attended both the University of New Orleans and Southeastern Louisiana University.
