After earning a degree in Economics from Harvard College in 1974, John moved to New Orleans to join a multi-billion dollar privately-held multi-national energy company, concentrating in economic analysis, finance, and corporate planning. In 1985, he became an executive with a large New Orleans based savings bank owned by a national real estate developer. Since joining Eustis in 1992, John has originated over $1 billion of mortgage loans throughout the gulf coast region. John has been active in a number of civic organizations having served as President of the Young Leadership Council and having founded the Recreate New Orleans program, an athletic and mentoring program for at-risk New Orleans children. He is Immediate Past Chairman of the New Orleans Recreation Development Foundation.
THOMAS A. KEHOE, JR. EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tommy is a native of New Orleans and has lived and worked in southern Louisiana his entire life. After earning a Finance Degree from LSU in December 1985 he began his career in the banking industry as a loan officer. After earning his MBA in 1991 Tommy joined Entergy Corporation in the financial planning department. During his six years with Entergy Tommy attained his CPA designation, held many positions in the finance/accounting area including Director of Financial Planning. Tommy joined Eustis Commercial Mortgage in the spring of 1998 as a commercial loan originator. He is active in the community through various civic organizations and Jefferson Parish Recreation Department.
GINA M. WELLMEYER ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
After working at a large national savings bank, Gina joined the Company in 1992. Gina specializes in closing multi-family and commercial property transactions, including the preparation/review of loan documentation. She assists in loan underwriting, including the preparation of loan submission packages. Gina manages the servicing of the Company's $330 million commercial real estate portfolio. Her responsibilities include cash management, investor remittances and reporting, administration of the property insurance for the portfolio, operating statement analyses, escrow administration, reconciliations for over 15 bank accounts. She processes all departmental income and maintains the FICS loan servicing accounting system. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Phillips College.
